With our $500 Performance Guarantee, if you are every dissatisfied with the job performed by any company featured in the Five Star Guide, we will help step in and make it right. Usually that puts the whole matter to bed, so to speak. But in some rare instance (it has never happened yet) that you cannot reach resolution with the business you contracted, you are covered up to $500 for reimbursement for any defective services.
Our Guarantee includes services but does not include protection for products. You must register your job prior to completion of job to qualify. Only one job or comapny many be registered per internet submission. For additional protection for other service, please submit a second form.
